HearPO's Workers' Compensation Hearing Program

HearPO has been providing our quality hearing plan to members since 1995. Although our plans have continued to evolve to meet the needs of our clients, we have remained committed to providing quality hearing care at an affordable price. This is our most aggressive and flexible program to date, giving our clients the most comprehensive hearing plan available.

Pricing Made Simple - Almost 95% of all hearing aids dispensed under workers' compensation programs fall into two technology categories. HearPO's program focuses on these levels and offers a simple two-tiered pricing format.

All-inclusive package - Any program can offer a low base price for hearing aids. Add the cost of options such as directional microphones or t-coils, and the price of the hearing aid can rise as much as $500/aid. Under HearPO's program, all hearing aid options are included in the base price of the hearing aid.

The New Standard in Hearing Aid Warranties - Experienced administrators know that the initial price of the hearing aid is only a percentage of the total cost. Repair costs can add hundreds of dollars a year to the cost of maintaining hearing aids. HearPO's program offers a standard 3-year repair warranty and 3 years loss and damage (one time loss) on all new aids.

Controlled Maintenance Costs - The frequency of routine maintenance encounters required to support hearing aids can be overwhelming. HearPO's Preventative Protection Plan (PPP) helps to insure proper maintenance and service to the hearing aid for one low annual fee.

Even lower battery prices - HearPO offers batteries at $0.55/cell.

Lower Replacement Costs - Tired of paying full price to replace hearing aids? Now if you purchase new hearing aids through HearPO and have to replace them within the first five years, you will receive a discount off of the price of replacement aids.

Electronic form submission - www.HearPO.com now gives adjusters the option to submit the auth forms electronically via our website. You will also be able to attach an electronic copy of the audiogram, if you have one available. These forms may be faxed as well.
