All providers are licensed professionals and share a commitment to patient satisfaction and continuing education. In fact, we survey all clients who receive hearing aids through our network on a wide variety of topics ranging in scope from office cleanliness to the explanation of test results. This enables us to maintain strict quality control and identify areas of continuous improvement. The following is a sample of questions that appear on the survey.
